These terms govern your use of LeleMall's consulting, marketplace activation, and commercial space development services. By engaging with us, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
LeleMall offers retail destination consulting, community marketplace activation, and commercial space development. Each engagement is defined by a scope of work agreed upon in writing. Services are delivered on a project basis unless otherwise specified in a separate contract.
Clients must provide accurate information about their property, community, and objectives. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may result in adjusted timelines. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for physical development work.
All deliverables—including reports, plans, and marketing materials—are the intellectual property of LeleMall until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended project. LeleMall retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and case studies.
LeleMall's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost revenue or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Our recommendations are based on market data and professional judgment; outcomes may vary based on external factors beyond our control.
Either party may terminate an agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date. LeleMall may terminate immediately if the client breaches these terms or engages in unlawful activity related to the project.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect 14 days after posting. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
